Our Policy On Client Money
Eveson Property Group does not hold client money. We do not accept deposits, refundable reservation fees, or purchase funds into our own account on your behalf.
How Funds Are Handled
Where a fee is payable to us for our sourcing service, this is invoiced and paid directly to Eveson Property Group in line with the terms agreed with you in writing for that transaction.
Any deposit or purchase monies relating to the property itself are paid directly to the vendor's solicitor, the vendor's agent, or another appropriately regulated third party — never to us.
If This Changes
If our approach to handling client money ever changes, we will hold the appropriate Client Money Protection insurance required by law, and this page will be updated to name the provider, policy number, and the level of cover in place.
